Therapy in Washington State

Welcome

Whether you're navigating anxiety or depression, parenthood, healing from past experiences, or seeking a deeper connection with yourself, you don't have to do it alone. My practice offers a compassionate, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely, at your own pace. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.

Areas of Practice

Perinatal and Parenting Support

Whether you are trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or have recently given birth, this is a period of great change. Life doesn't always go as expected, and you may be feeling let down or betrayed by what was supposed to be a beautiful time in your life. You might not have enough support around you, or those that are normally supportive are too filled with their own feelings to listen to yours. It's normal to need additional help and nurturing during this time. Whether you are experiencing troubling symptoms, trying to mentally prepare or cope with parenthood, or just trying to build your support network. I am here to help.

Healing from Emotionally Immature Parents

Growing up with emotionally immature parents can leave deep, lasting impacts. If you often feel responsible for other people’s emotions, unsure of who you are, or stuck in cycles of guilt and anxiety when interacting with your parents, you're not alone and you're not broken. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to understand how emotional immaturity affects family dynamics, untangle your identity from the roles you were forced to play, set healthy boundaries without guilt, and reconnect with your own emotional truth and needs. Healing is possible, even if your parent never changes.

Anxiety and Overwhelm

If you feel overwhelmed, whether it's from work, family life, or something you saw online, you are not alone. Over time this can lead to feelings of constant anxiety, apathy, burnout, and despair. Maybe you feel like your experiences growing up didn't adequetly prepare you for everything you would have to face as an adult. Therapy is a place free of judgement and criticism where you can let out the cascade of thoughts running through your mind and experience a moment of peace. We can work together to fill in the gaps in your life to help you feel cared for and give you a sense of competence in your life.

“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I’ll meet you there.”

Everyone Is Welcome Here

I recognize that healing can only occur in an environment where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered to bring their full selves to therapy. I am deeply committed to creating a space that is respectful, affirming, and inclusive. I honor the diverse identities, backgrounds, and experiences that each client brings into the room, including those shaped by race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, age, ability, religion, body size, and cultural heritage.

I work hard to practice with humility, acknowledging both the systemic inequities that impact mental health and the unique resilience within every person. My goal is to foster a collaborative relationship rooted in respect, authenticity, and compassion that supports personal growth and the emotional well-being of every client.
