Michelle Cosley Counseling

Therapy in Washington State

Welcome

Whether you're navigating anxiety or depression, parenthood, healing from past experiences, or seeking a deeper connection with yourself, you don't have to do it alone. My practice offers a compassionate, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely, at your own pace. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.

Areas of Practice

Pregnancy and Postpartum Support

Whether you are trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or have recently given birth, this is a period of great change. It's normal to need additional help and nurturing during this time. You may be experiencing troubling symptoms, trying to mentally prepare or cope with parenthood, or just trying to build your support network. I am here to help.

Parenting Issues

Life as a parent can be a roller coaster of thoughts and emotions. It's hard to know how to respond to the wide range of behaviors kids have and how to help them through the ups and downs of life. It can be even harder to take care of your own mental wellbeing at the same time. I can guide and support you through the parenting process as well as help you with your own mental health journey.

Increased Sense of Wellbeing

For those struggling with anxiety, depression, isolation, and other mental health concerns, we can work together to restore balance and joy to your life. The concept of getting better might feel overwhelming and impossible, but it can happen one step at a time. You don't have to do it alone.

“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I'll meet you there.”

Everyone Is Welcome Here

I recognize that healing can only occur in an environment where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered to bring their full selves to therapy. I am deeply committed to creating a space that is respectful, affirming, and inclusive. I honor the diverse identities, backgrounds, and experiences that each client brings into the room, including those shaped by race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, age, ability, religion, body size, and cultural heritage.

I work hard to practice with humility, acknowledging both the systemic inequities that impact mental health and the unique resilience within every person. My goal is to foster a collaborative relationship rooted in respect, authenticity, and compassion. A relationship that supports personal growth and emotional well-being of every client.
